Rotameter (CT-FLR Series)
Fluid flows bottom-up through the tube of CT-FLR series rotameters. Lift the float until an annular gap is formed between the meter ring and the cone float that corresponds to the flow rate. The forces acting on the float are balanced, and according to Archimedes' principle, the main forces acting on the float include buoyancy, the fluid force of the medium, and gravity. Each position of the float corresponds to the flow value measured during calibration, which is transmitted to the scale. The CT-FLR series of variable area flowmeters consists of an instrument tube with a joint, an instrument ring and a conical float. Through the magnet, the position of the float is transferred to an encapsulated follow-up magnet, which is mounted on the pointer shaft. A second ring mounted on the pointer axis follows the position of the magnet through the pointer to the scale. CT-FLR series flowmeters are suitable for liquid or gas products in pipelines. Displays the volume or mass ratio of the current per unit time. Suitable for flow measurement, monitoring, regulation and control of liquid and gas products under harsh operating conditions, can be used in conjunction with additional electrical equipment for process monitoring and control.
